Limited One-Year Warranty
BeeSoulSports pickleball paddles are guaranteed against workmanship and manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. This warranty is applicable to the original purchaser and covers defects arising from normal use under recommended playing conditions.
What's Covered:
- Workmanship and manufacturing defects affecting the structural integrity of the paddle.
- Delamination or separation of materials under normal playing conditions.
- Any other defects that significantly impact the performance of the paddle.
What's Not Covered:
- Damage resulting from abuse, misuse, or neglect.
- Cosmetic damages that do not affect the structural integrity or performance of the paddle.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

Resolution: Upon receiving your warranty claim, our team will assess the reported defect. If deemed a valid warranty issue, BeeSoulSports will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective paddle with an equivalent model. The decision on repair or replacement rests solely with BeeSoulSports.
Return Shipping: For valid warranty claims, BeeSoulSports will cover the cost of return shipping.
